Fair food, kid-pleasing rides, your favorite arena events and 4-H livestock return to the Marion County Fairgrounds July 26– August 2, 2025. You won’t want to miss the Queen Contests, the Tate Shade Bull Bash, Church Night, Little Mister & Miss, the Baby Contest, Motorcross, the Demo Derby and the Truck & Tractor Pull. This event always begins the last Saturday in July.

RULES:

Cannot be professional.


Contestants who won first place in previous years are ineligible to enter again in that division.


Each contestant may enter only once.


Contestants cannot sing the same song from the year before.


Contestants must furnish their own thumb drive or CD to be played as submitted.


The first person to submit a song will be the person allowed to use that song. The second


person to submit a song that has already been accepted will have to choose another song.


The sound system will be furnished. Participates to do sound check at 4pm.


No songs saved to phones will be used.


No piano is available.


Each act is limited to three minutes.


Must be your original routine.


No late entries will be accepted the day of the contest.

5. Judging and prizes are the responsibility of the Merchant.

6. Food items will not be returned, handiwork must be picked up before noon Friday August 1st.
