Each year the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce hosts an Annual Awards Banquet to honor some of our community’s finest. Businesses and organizations lavishly decorate tables to showcase their business. EASTER EGG HUNT

A little bunny told me there's an Easter Egg Hunt coming up March 27, 2027. Why not donate individually wrapped candies, small prizes or make a monetary donation to help out? Drop donations at the Flower City Park office. This event is always held at 10 AM the Saturday before Easter.

INDEPENDENCE DAY FIREWORKS

The ooo's and ahhh's come out as Flower City Park in Palmyra is lit up with beautiful fireworks to celebrate our country’s independence. The fireworks show, sponsored by the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce, is free to the public, so get your seats early! Show starts at dusk, July 3, 2027.

MARION COUNTY FAIR

Fair food, kid-pleasing rides, your favorite arena events and 4-H livestock return to the Marion County Fairgrounds. Along with food, rides and 4-H shows, you won’t want to miss the Queen Contests, the Tate Shade Bull Bash, Church Night, Little Mr. & Miss, the Baby Contest, Motorcross, the Demo Derby and the Truck & Tractor Pull. August 1 – August 8, 2026. This event always begins the last Saturday in July.

TASTE OF PALMYRA

Join us in the small town with the big taste – Taste of Palmyra, that is! On Monday, October 19, 2026 from 5 – 9 PM, Palmyra’s Main Street will be filled with eats, treats, entertainment, Trunk-or-Treat, crafts, a car and tractor show and more.  Come early.  Stay late. This event is held the 3rd Monday in October.
